…Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. In addition to overseeing the training of local Iraqi nationals with the U.S. military in aviation logistics, she used her time overseas to travel the Middle East, and Europe. Little did she know, her interest in international markets was only beginning. 

In 2009, Jessie made her first real estate investment when she purchased a fix-and-flip property in Lithonia, Georgia. This would be the property that made her a landlord and was only the first of many rentals she would later buy, upgrade, lease, and manage.

By the time Jessie resigned from her civilian contracts in 2020 and returned home to the Virgin Islands, she had worked in both Iraq and Afghanistan, visited over a dozen countries, and purchased over half a dozen properties. Her passion for real estate continued to deepen with each new purchase, and she decided it was time to pursue her own license and certifications. She has since obtained some degree of licensure in Georgia, Dominican Republic, and Tortola, British Virgin Islands. She partners with agents, brokers, and developers across central America and the Caribbean to include Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, and Dominica.

Jessie is the soccer mom of a brilliant 11-year-old boy, who has been her world travel buddy on more than one occasion.
